Inner Axis blends heavy metal with a Western theme in the short film “This Is The Way”
Inner Axis presented the short film “This Is The Way,” a production that combines traditional heavy metal with a narrative inspired by Quentin Tarantino's cinema and the world of Italian westerns.
The track incorporates elements associated with Ennio Morricone's scores and the atmosphere of spaghetti Westerns, creating a cinematic sound characterized by heavy melodies and tension.
The inspiration also draws from “The Mandalorian,” a series from the Star Wars universe, especially in creating a world surrounded by money, crime, mystery, and conflicting interests.
Throughout the short film, the story follows a scenario of settling scores and revenge, while the music reinforces the epic and dark identity of the production.
